NADYA HILL

Violinist

Nadya Hill, a Colorado native, has been featured as a violin and vocal soloist with various orchestras across the country, and is comfortable in a wide range of musical styles from classical to jazz, and non-classical traditional, folk, and international music.
Known for her work with current composers, Nadya has premiered and recorded several original song cycles by Robert Spillman, "Awakening Beauty" with Tom Hagerman, and numerous pieces with William Hill including "Passages", “Three Wings for Voice and Full Orchestra” and “African Sketches” with the Colorado Symphony.
Nadya and her husband Michael Hoffman are the co-founders and directors of the Mountain Area Chamber Music Festival and Schubertiade Colorado, and Nadya is the Director for Denver Violins.

BRUNE MACARY

Violinist

A native of Paris, France, Brune Macary has been an active performer and music instructor in the Denver area for the past eight years. A versatile musician, Brune performs extensively in baroque and classical orchestras as well as in smaller intimate chamber music groups. She is a member of the major baroque ensembles of Colorado, Sphere Ensemble, as well as Principal Second with the Boulder Chamber Orchestra. She also enjoys exploring improvisation with various local folk bands. She holds a Master of Music in violin performance from the University of Nevada, Reno, and studied music pedagogy at CU Boulder. She loves skiing, hiking and camping with her new family of 3 in Colorado.

BRIGHTIN ROSE SCHLUMPF

Unique in her vast experience as a violinist and violist, Brightin Rose Schlumpf thrives in a diverse career as a orchestral and chamber musician, and as a teacher for musicians of all ages. Brightin performs regularly with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Springs Philharmonic, Colorado Ballet Orchestra, Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, Boulder Chamber Orchestra, Sphere Ensemble and with the Central City Opera Orchestra. Ms. Schlumpf enjoys performing diverse genres of music, and has performed with Lauryn Hill, Michael Buble, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Weird Al Jankovich, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Denver-based Pop-Baroque string quartet, Spinphony, as a violinist at Oberlin Baroque Performance Institute, and on the Wildflower Pavilion Stage as a fiddler at RockyGrass Music Festival in Lyons, Colorado. Brightin has a BA from Cornell University, MM from Longy School of Music, MM from University of Colorado at Boulder and is currently pursuing her DMA from the University of Northern Colorado. When not performing and teaching, Brightin enjoys running, hiking, skiing, cycling and spending time with her sweet family of three.

JOCELYN C HACH

Violist

Jocelyn C Hach is a versatile American musician, composer, and scientist with a profound background in classical music. Starting her viola journey at 8, Jocelyn has evolved into a professional violist, gracing classical and non-classical stages nationwide. Armed with a degree in Biology and Music Performance (viola), she passionately engages in symphonies, chamber music, and teaching music for over 20 years. Jocelyn's musical spectrum extends beyond classical, having accompanied renowned artists like Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, Lindsey Stirling, the Breeders, Evanescence, Sarah McLachlan, the Tran-Siberian Orchestra, and Disturbed. Her recent solo album, "Flying at Night: parallax park," showcases her artistic depth. Jocelyn C Hach is a harmonious blend of science and art, leaving an enduring mark on the musical landscape.
