LEA FETTERMAN
Violinist
Lea Fetterman lives and works as a freelance violinist, conductor, and teacher in the Pacific Northwest. Alongside her music making, she arranges and composes music for a variety of ensembles and genres, including folk, singer/songwriter, alternative, ambient, and classical. Recently, Ms. Fetterman published her debut book Innocent Skin, a poetry collection now available at Barnes & Noble and Ophelia's Books in Fremont.
Currently, Ms. Fetterman performs with many regional orchestras and operas, including the Northwest Sinfonietta, North Corner Chamber Orchestra, Yakima Symphony, Seattle Collaborative Orchestra, and more. Beyond Washington's borders, she has also played in Oregon, Idaho, California, and Alaska. She is a violinist for Puget Sound Strings and Innocenti Strings, and coaches sectionals and chamber music for many local youth and community orchestras and schools. Beyond classical music, Ms. Fetterman has performed with artists and bands such as Sera Cahoone, Typhoon, Andrew Joslyn & The Passenger String Quartet, Standish & Co, The Sam Chase & The Untraditional, Henry Mansfield, and Katie Kuffel.
In May 2021, Ms. Fetterman completed her Master's in Music in Violin Performance at the University of Victoria, BC. She studied with Ann Elliott-Goldschmid, first violinist of the Lafayette String Quartet. Ms. Fetterman graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in December 2017, Magna Cum Laude

HEATHER HUNTER
Violinist
A native of South Carolina now based in the Seattle-Tacoma area, Heather Hunter has played at weddings and private events for over eight years, starting her first quartet in high school and maintaining her passion for performing ever since. In addition to small ensembles, Heather has performed in orchestras and choirs across the United States. She holds a degree in violin performance from the University of South Carolina, is an alumna of the Brevard Music Center, and has played in orchestras such as the Greenville Symphony, South Carolina Philharmonic, San Francisco Academy Orchestra, Santa Cruz Symphony, North Charleston Pops and many others. She has experience teaching violin students aged two to 50+. Heather also works as a vocalist, often in sacred settings, singing as a cantor and choral musician in churches such as St. Dominic's of San Francisco and the Basilica of St. Peter in Columbia, South Carolina. She was featured as a soloist with the Violins of Hope touring program and sang with the Kronos String Quartet in the premiere of Michael Abels' At War With Ourselves. Most recently, Heather has started a violin studio in Auburn, Washington and freelanced in the Seattle area, where she is principal second violin of the Northwest Symphony Orchestra. A passionate musician who deeply loves her work, she is always excited to share music with others and takes great joy in adding beauty to all the events that she can.
